This stunning two-story home offers 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a half bath to accommodate you and your guests in what Central Florida offers best! Fully furnished with everything you will need, including dishes, linens, coffee maker, washer, dryer, and much more. The serene view from the family room will lead you to your brick, covered lanai and open sparkling heated pool with landscaping surrounding the pool for privacy. You will find the first Master bedroom downstairs with a stunning pool view.

**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars, and overflow parking in some areas of the neighborhood. No street parking is allowed in some areas.
***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR*** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)
**PET POLICY Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed $150 Pet fee per pet Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
