Getting ready for a beach getaway? Sea Cabins 9B in Miramar Beach just might be the vacation rental for you! This laidback condo is less than a two-minute stroll from the picture-perfect shores the Emerald Coast is known for. It has a sunny open great room and access to condo amenities. With one well-appointed bedroom and extra sleeping accommodations, the unit can host up to six guests. This is great for a small family vacation, romantic getaway, or trip with a few friends.

Inside Sea Cabins 9B, the open floor plan and coastal décor give off easygoing beach vibes. The living room includes a slate-blue couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. Two accent armchairs complete the seating ensemble. The setup is centered around a decorative rug and a modern drink table. A flatscreen TV is mounted above a black entertainment cabinet. A floor-length mirror in the corner accentuates the spaciousness, while tropical wall art adds to the coastal ambiance. Next to the living room, a twin bunk nook is provided for the kids. A white table with three chairs and bench seating make up the casual dining room. The open kitchen features white cabinetry, white appliances, sleek granite counters, and a buffet bar with stool seating. From this main area, a glass door opens onto a ground-floor patio furnished with an outdoor table, chairs, and sun umbrella. Set amongst palm trees and tropical flora, it’s the perfect setting for chatting with your fellow vacationers, sipping your favorite drink, and enjoying the beautiful weather.

Head upstairs to the second floor, where you will find the primary suite. The relaxed bedroom has a queen-size bed, handsome furnishings, and carpeted floors. The private ensuite bath includes a tub/shower combination, washer, and dryer.

In addition to quiet privacy and cozy accommodations, guests will also benefit from the condo complex amenities. The refreshing community pool is surrounded by a sunny patio, pool chairs, and palm trees. The pool is also seasonally heated during the cooler months of the year. Nearby, an outdoor picnic area boasts several tables and BBQ grills—perfect for outdoor dining. The gated pavilion across the street provides access to the beach and is less than a two-minute walk from your rental unit. Two complimentary bikes are also included to explore the surrounding beach communities!

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated October through March.
