Edisto Island is a quiet rural beach island on the South Carolina coast, and you can thoroughly enjoy it when you stay at this newly renovated condo, with a fully stocked kitchen for the cook. Its great for small families or groups. In the morning you can watch the turtles in the lagoon from the balcony, witness the deer and the egrets, as you drink your coffee or in the evening as you sip your wine. During the day grab your beach towel as the beach will be waiting for you with plenty of shells. You can rent a bicycle, or go golfing or fishing, or explore Edisto Beach State Park, the Environmental Center, Botnay Bay or take a day to discover the rich history of Charleston or Beaufort. This is a top floor unit, which has so many advantages, you won't hear footsteps overhead. Steps are in 1/2 floor intervals with a landing every 7 steps. Similiar amount of steps to a beach house. When you arrive at the top and open the door, you will know it was worth the climb.

We live in the mountains and have a condo at the beach in SC. For us, it’s the best of both worlds. We enjoy hosting and really appreciate those who recognize the work we’ve put into our condo and take care of it. Please let us know if anything is amiss so that we can take care of it. Thank you.
Why they chose this property
We enjoy rural areas away from crowds. We love the off season as there are fewer people and it’s not so hot. The winters are mild and the beach and golfing can be enjoyed year round. Most restaurants and shops are open year round and of course, we love to go to Charleston at least once while we’re there.
What makes this property unique
Both of our properties have been completely renovated and updated with the best materials. The kitchens are well equipped, to be able to do some basic cooking. We absolutely care about our properties, and keep them in the best shape possible, as this is also where we vacation. We ask you to leave it the way you found it.
