The home’s five themed bedrooms are sure to excite both the kids and the adults in your group. No matter which room you choose, you can look forward to comfortable beds, fresh linens, and plenty of extra blankets to help give you the perfect night’s rest for another exciting day at Disney or simply lounging by the pool. Each bedroom has a flat-screen Smart TV, luggage rack, and closet with hangers so you can easily store your clothing.

The first bedroom is the Palms Primary Suite on the main floor, complete with soothing neutral tones, full length mirror and a luxurious memory foam king-sized bed. This room offers a private ensuite bathroom with a large shower and a separate soaking tub. Ideally, you won’t have to worry about work while away, but if duty calls, there is a desk and chair available in this bedroom.

The second bedroom is the Blue Heron Suite (second floor). This room features calming colors to help you relax. Sink into the plush king-sized bed or enjoy a good book in the comfortable seating area. This room also has a full bathroom for your privacy and convenience.

The third bedroom is a pineapple-themed queen bedroom (second floor), complete with a soft mattress , full length mirror, ceiling fan and playful decor that suits guests of all ages.

The fourth bedroom is the Hogwarts room (second floor), and you may have people fighting over this room! Made for the witches and wizards in your group, this awesome room features a king-sized bed and incredible Gryffindor decor that will add some magic to your stay.

The fifth bedroom is the Avatar room (second floor), which features a breathtaking mural. Step into this colorful room and prepare to be transported to another world as you relax and unwind. This room has two twin beds - perfect for the young adventurers in your group.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
This spacious estate has three full bathrooms plus a half bath, so there is plenty of room for getting ready in the mornings and turning down in the evenings.

The two suites (the Palms Suite and the Blue Heron Suite) each have an ensuite bathroom. The Palms Suite bath boasts a luxurious soaking tub and a walk-in shower, and the Blue Heron Suite has a large walk-in shower.

The third full bathroom is located on the second floor and features a shower/tub combination. The half bath is conveniently located on the main level. All the full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, hairdryers, and basic toiletries like body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Keep your wardrobe fresh during your stay thanks to the laundry room. Here you’ll find a full-size washer and dryer, plus a steamer/iron and an ironing board to keep you looking sleek throughout your stay.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
The full kitchen is a foodie’s dream, with all the essentials you need to cook as if you were at home, plus some fun extras like a crockpot, a pressure cooker, and a blender. You can enjoy meals as a whole group at the large dining table (seating for 10), or cozy up to the kitchen island (seating for 3) and keep the chef of your group company as they prepare delicious meals.

One of our favorite parts of the kitchen is the fully-stocked coffee bar. From classic brews to specialty concoctions, single-serve to carafe size, and even a fold-away frother for cappuccinos and lattes, this coffee maker has it all! We provide beans and fixings, so you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee just the way you like it. Other kitchen essentials provided include one roll of paper towels, dishwashing pods, a few garbage bags, liquid dish soap, and a sponge.

You’ll have no problem relaxing in the cozy living room after a long day of fun in the sun. This spacious, open-plan area features two comfortable sofas, two chairs, and a 55” flat-screen Smart TV for streaming your favorite movies. We also have a collection of board games for the whole family, plus a selection of children’s books for our littlest guests.

☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
No Florida getaway would be complete without a stunning outdoor space. Step outside onto the private patio and take in the fresh air as you relax on the patio furniture, grill up some dinner on the BBQ, or enjoy a dip in the heated pool. The cost for the pool heat is $30/night and must be turned on for the entirety of your stay should you choose to add. Please note, the pool heater operates on an exchange and will not work if the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees. The grill use is an additional $50 flat for your entire stay.

The lounge area is shaded and boasts a ceiling fan for hot days, so you can stay cool as you sink into the comfy sofa (seating for 5) and browse through cable channels or streaming networks on the flat-screen Smart TV. There is also a small table in this area (seating for 2), perfect for enjoying quiet mornings with your coffee or putting out snacks for the kiddos in between laps in the pool.

Evenings in the outdoor space are especially magical thanks to the ambient string lighting and full fencing - no need to worry about pesky bugs disturbing you!

It may be hard to tear yourself away from this relaxing space, but if you need more entertainment, you have easy access to all of the resort amenities for free throughout your stay. Work up a sweat in the gym, channel your competitive side on the tennis and volleyball court, or let the kiddos run off some energy on the playground. No matter how you choose to spend your time, you are sure to enjoy your stay at Tuscan Palms!

There are Smart TVs in every room, equipped with both cable and ROKU for your viewing pleasure. On the day of your arrival, we will message you with check-in details. No need to meet for keys - just arrive at the property and enter the code we provide you. Free parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles.

This is a family-friendly home, and we provide a selection of amenities for your little ones so you don’t need to overpack, including a pack n’ play, a high chair, and children’s toys and books.

In it, you will find important information about our house, what it’s stocked with, and our favorite local recommendations. It’s easy to navigate, and you can access it from your phone or desktop.
