Perfect beach condo

We loved this place! It’s in an older condo building, but recently renovated, super clean, and tastefully decorated. Parking out front was easy. The beach access is right through the building. We appreciated the hose to rinse feet. The laundry is shared and does cost. Our favorite place was that balcony overlooking the ocean!

Make it even better

Has 3 TVs only 1 worked. 1 wouldn’t turn on at all and 1 had no connection to Spectrum.More towels in kitchen 2 dish towels and no hand towels.King bed would be good.Didn’t have any problem parking but it would unacceptable to have to park across A1A in strip mall parking lot.

The best part was the balcony and the view. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. The master bed was a tad small and uncomfortable but everything else was great.

The condo had everything you’d need. Honest description, clean, and an amazing view. Only drawback was access to beach, but a quick walk to the public access, 800 ft and we were set. What a great spot.

Beautiful sunrises!

If you’re a morning person you will not find a better location for amazing sunrises. We loved how close we were to beach. Unfortunately due to construction upgrades we did not have direct beach access but it wasn’t a far walk/ ride to find a spot. Beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler were a bonus in the closet since we traveled from Pennsylvania to visit my son who attends Florida Tech. Would love to stay again here!

Perfect Ocean Front

You couldn't get any closer to the ocean unless you were swimming with the sharks. Quiet and relaxing corner unit with very little traffic on the beach or roads. Accommodations were spacious. We'll be back!!

Family Reunion

Satellite Beach was perfectly located to visit family in the area. The code for unit entry was emailed but we had some trouble getting into the building due to no code being emailed for key lock box. The property manager answered the phone promptly when called. The unit was great for four of us.

Amazing View

Condo was excellent. Everything was as I expected. The only inconvenience was that we did not have beach access due to repair work from last year’s hurricane. Would have been better. Had they allowed at least one access down to the beach.

Great but some interior faults

Great location and cleanliness in spite of some interior inconveniences including: needed to plug in/unplug dining room chandelier to turn on/off, no cable tv in living room - only in bedroom, no toaster oven, only one building door key. Noise from seawall restoration and lack of pool/beach access still going on for a long time now. Positives include great oceanfront view, cleanliness, and good prep for long stay.

Horrendous

When entering the premises we were extremely disappointed with the condition of the unit. The pictures posted are not a true representation of what the unit really looks like inside. We observed mold in the unit, especially concerning ,was the mold on the air conditioning return. In a number of the rooms there are electrical cords coming from behind the switch plate hanging down the wall. In the corner of some of the windows there are large holes that have newspaper hanging out of them. The guest bathroom is in dire need of attention. Do to the poor conditions we had to seek lodging elsewhere. We have been fighting with VRBO’S very poor customer service to get reimbursed.

Pictures make unit look bigger and nicer than is, parking is an issue

Car was towed for parking in the wrong spot even though notes said no parking pass was not needed. Some spots needed a pass, and some didn’t. A management company handles things not an individual owner. There was a lot of construction going on during the visit and a large crane was taking up a significant amount of parking. There was a lot of noise from work being down on the roof during the day. All the nice pictures of the common areas are not accurate, They’re all under construction. Wide angle photography of the condo makes it look bigger than it is. Hard to see in the photos listed, but the fit and finish of the condo is not as nice as it would appear. The living room furniture was OK, but the beds were cheap. Overall, the unit was not as nice as the pictures would lead you to believe. I have stayed at a lot of other places where there was a lot more attention to detail. I would not rent again.
