Our Lakefront Getaway is small enough to be Romantic and large enough for a family.
This professionally designed, beautiful 3 bedroom - 2 bath lakefront house near a golf course and family friendly park is available year around. We have two king bedrooms and a queen bedroom with two single air mattresses for children. The house was newly renovated in the fall of 2022. The backyard is covered with St. Augustine grass and gently slopes to the water with access to get your feet wet from the dock. The interior is clean, uncluttered, and bright with natural light. A new dock sits on Lake Marble Falls and the property hosts several large trees for shade. The lake is big enough for all water sports, but calm enough for families.
Whole Home with a dock and use of the boat lift & water toys by request. Access to the water is from the dock. Grill and firepit available. Lake Marble Falls is a constant level lake, and the local climate is perfect for year-round waterfront fun and relaxation (Snowbirds welcome!). You can buy fishing licenses at the local Walmart or rent boats or jet skis at the local marina. Use of boat lift with advance notice. Public boat ramp less than .25 miles (walk-able).
This home is in a neighborhood so the expectations are no parties and that quiet hours are respected from 10p -6a.
Non-contact self-check-in. No shared interior spaces or facilities. This home, and the immediate surrounding town, are situated in a low population density region. That remains so even in peak vacation schedule periods.
Internet will support work simultaneous with schooling if needed. Bring your family for a week or two away.
Cleaning charge will always be applied. Extra charge for more than six adults and use of the boat lift.
The easy access to the lake provides a convenience for activities such as boating, fishing, paddle boarding, and other water sports. Is golf your game of choice? If so, there are five public courses within a 20-mile radius. This property is a great home base for exploring all that the Texas Hill Country has to offer. With abundant opportunities for recreation and entertainment, you will never run out of things to do. Visit local vineyards and antique shops. Explore caverns, hike, and bike the numerous state parks nearby, or simply grab some of the legendary pie at the famous Bluebonnet Café. If you like live music, you won't be disappointed with the choice of nightlife in eclectic downtown Marble Falls. Austin, the live music capital of the world, is only 45 minutes away! Other nearby cities, each with their own set of attractions and delicious foods, include Fredericksburg, Johnson City, and San Antonio.

Government issued ID and credit card used for the reservation are required prior to check-in. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) These must be submitted via the Check-In Form. Your room door code will only be activated after all these documents have been submitted.
