This unit boasts a loft with a full library and workspace with a monitor if you want to work remotely while enjoying the view. Feel free to take a book or leave a book. Downstairs, the living room is filled with light and offers an eclectic Lake Tahoe art experience and jazzy vibe, with internally lit more art by Eye Play Studio and a sound bar connected to the TV for listening to your favorite jazz artist. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee lover's choice of brewing equipment. The unit also has an extensive collection of board games and jigsaw puzzles for those snowed-in days. In the summer, the mini-split AC unit in the living area and ceiling fans help keep the unit cool. On the deck, there is a propane barbeque grill for cooking and dining outdoors.

The condo is a townhouse on a steep hillside and has several levels of stairs. Each bedroom has an in-suite bathroom and its eclectic art vibe, and there is an additional half bath off the living room. There are two private garages for guest use and storage for ski equipment on the bottom floor. Guests must read and approve the HOA rules for Bitterbrush II before their stay.

This property offers no beach access in Incline Village Beaches at this time. Cars must fit in the small garages. Great view! Clean and cozy accomodations!
Location was perfect. View Amazing. Great amenities. Down side was there was lots of stairs and garages are too small to park a pickup. So had to walk a little bit to park vehicles. Would definitely stay here again.

Slightly Disappointing
I will say that we had adequate space, but the condo wasn’t as clean as we would have expected. Dirty worn carpet and bath rugs; stain on one of the comforters that looked like blood, cob webs, floors not that clean. There were 4 adults and were told that 7 sets of towels is what was provided, but after discussion and requesting more they did accommodate. Bathroom hand soap dispenser was empty and the others were filled with watered down soap. Faucet dripped in smaller bath sink and both shower faucets would spray right at you so you had to point them at the wall. There were large bottles of shampoo and conditioner but only tiny starter bottles of shower gel?? When you are staying for 5 days it is nice to not have to buy a larger bottle of something that you can’t carry on to an airplane. Lastly, not that this matters to most, but the wall decor was so random and strange! It looked like kids room art and hung just wherever almost like they were hung to cover a spot on the wall. If none of this matters then you will be happy with the size and location.
