Welcome to our beautiful Cape Coral home!

The private home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open concept living, dining, kitchen and a large in ground pool fully enclosed in a brand new lenai. The home is located in a quiet subdivision of beautiful SW Cape Coral, FL, a perfect location for families and couples.

The home is roughly 30 min from Fort Myers Airport and Punta Gorda Airport. Very easy access to beaches, attractions, shopping, live music and nearby bars and restaurants.

Our home is the perfect location for families or couples. The home is a well maintained one story home making it easy for anyone to get around. We provide Hi-speed internet that is efficient for work/school while on vacation. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a large open concept living, dining and kitchen, there is plenty of space for everyone. The pool is surrounded by a fully enclosed and screened lenai, keeping those pesky bugs astray. We have two lovely outdoor seating areas making it easy to enjoy a meal outside or to sit back and relax. The backyard is nicely landscaped creating a great amount of privacy and the perfect tropical charm.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a home cooked meal. We have a large dining table that seats 6, two bar seats and another large high top table that seats 4. We have a grill as well to make a tasty BBQ dinner.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, large walk in closet and a private bathroom. The second guest room has a queen bed. The third guest room features a bunk bed with a full size bottom bunk and twin top bunk. Perfect for kids! The second bathroom has two large vanities, a walk in shower and access directly to the pool area, making it easy to use the restroom while enjoying the pool without having to track wet feet through the house! Each bedroom has its own TV with access to online streaming networks such as Netflix. The living room sectional has a queen size pull out bed as well. We have a washer and dryer for guest’s convenience, start each day with fresh cleaned clothes!

We have provided 6 beach chairs, coolers and beach bags to make it easy to enjoy a beach day. We also provide a large bag of kid’s beach toys including pale, shovels, etc. Cape Coral features its own beach roughly 5 min away. Fort Myers Beach is roughly 20 min away. Rent a boat for the day and take a gorgeous ride directly to Fort Myers beach to enjoy the soft white sand and water!

Cape Coral Gem!

We spent February 1- March 31, 2024 in the property and had a great time! The location was amazing, with lots of stores, restaurants, and services within 15 minutes. The thing that made the trip so special for us was the outdoor living area and the pool! We essentially went outdoors once we woke and spent the better part of the day poolside. The water was kept at 80 degrees and that proved to be outstanding for all of us. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and the ceiling fan helped during the heat of the day. We grilled virtually every night and ate our meals there as well! Gary was very good about allowing us to have family join us periodically over the stay and they enjoyed the property as well. The kitchen has most everything needed for the stay and the washer/dryer are handy. Don’t think twice about renting this property!

Bad experience. Avoid at all costs

We stayed for 30 minutes and it was so hot inside, we felt so uncomfortable that we left before we got sick. Property was apparently clean, but the smell inside was not nice. Like old wet carpet stench. Outside around the pool area there was a strong gas odor that made me check the gas tank of the grill, but it was well closed. We didn't find the source of the gas odor. Upon arrival we learned that the garage was not available for our car. Also, that a camera was on at all times in the pool area. Biggest concern was the temperature inside the house. Thermostat was locked on 76/74°F, 5 minutes in and the temp went up to 77°. Contacted owner immediately but he gave BS explanation about AC unit freezing if thermostat setting go under 74° and not being able to modify settings. Outdoor temperature was in the 90°. I live in Florida and my AC is under 70 at all times to be comfortable. I know that AC units freeze sometimes, but that's only if the AC unit is defective. Properly functioning AC system should be able to be set up according to the weather conditions and the necessities of the human beings living in the house. I had checked some reviews about this property & host on other vacation renting app and I didn't believe it. Sadly, they were true and I paid full price to learn my lection. Do not expect any gesture of hospitality or any concern for your well-being. I hope my money be used to replace that old AC. Not recommended for kids, seniors or persons with any health issues
