Our 24/7 self check-in access is controlled by unique codes created just for you during your stay. The code to the front entry, and the door to your unit will be generated and sent to you the day before your arrival, and is valid beginning at check-in time and expires at check-out.

The Main Hous is part of the Beach Hous property that consists of a two story 3-bedroom main house, two 1-bedroom apartments and two studio apartments surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

Our rooftop sunset lounge and cascading saltwater pool complete the ultimate tropical experience.

The pool and the rooftop sunset lounge are shared spaces and available to all guests. For the benefit of our guests and neighbors, we do have quiet hours on the property between 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM, and ask that guests not use the pool area and lounge between these hours.

Beach Hous has been designed with you, the sophisticated traveler, in mind and has all the amenities you will need to make your vacation stress free.

San Juan has plenty of transportation options making it easy for you to get around.

Bird and Kick scooters and bikes are plentiful, Uber's are inexpensive, and taxi's and public transportation are available as well. Car rentals are always an option, and Beach Hous has plenty of free street parking for our guests.
