The space
First Floor:
As you walk in the front door you’re greeted with an amazing ocean view and open concept floor plan consisting of the living room, dining room and state of the art kitchen that’s prepped with all the essentials. Right off the living room is the half bath and Master Bedroom which has its own balcony, en-suite bathroom, and walk in closet.

There is also a large balcony off the living room that has a set of stairs leading up to the rooftop terrace. All balconies and the rooftop are secured with chrome railings.

Second Floor:
Downstairs there are three spacious bedrooms; one even has its own private entrance and is accessed directly from the outside with a view of the pool. In addition there is a Laundry Room with a washing machine/dryer combo.

Detailed Room Descriptions:
- Master Bedroom is upstairs and is furnished with a King Bed and has an En-suite Bathroom
- Bedroom 2 is downstairs, furnished with a King Bed and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3 and has direct access to the pool
- Bedroom 3 is downstairs and is furnished with a Queen Bed and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2. It also has direct access to the pool
- Bedroom 4 is downstairs and accessed from the outside through its own private entrance and is furnished with a Full Bed that has a twin pull out bed underneath and has an En-Suite Bathroom
- Air Mattress and Pack n play/crib are available upon request

Exterior:
Upstairs has a balcony and stairs leading to the rooftop terrace which is the perfect spot to sip your coffee, do yoga in the morning, or enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful sunset .

Downstairs has a private patio where you will find your own private pool, fully equipped propane BBQ grill, dining table and multiple seating areas to relax; perfect for hosting a dinner gathering or relaxing poolside in the lounge chairs.

Parking:
Don’t worry about parking because this villa offers a private driveway with room enough for 2 vehicles.

Extras:
In addition, this villa offers an outdoor shower for convenience; great for rinsing off sand after a long day at the beach!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property unless booked as a 3 bedroom rental. If booking is for 3 bedrooms, the 4th bedroom with en-suite will be locked with no access.

Villa can be rented as a 3 bedroom with max 6 guests or 4 bedroom with max 8 guests.
