Newly built Adorable Spacious Studio with queen bed and futon for extra Person.
Very private with outdoor patio with barbeque.
INCLUDES A FUTON SOFA, QUEEN BED, AND A 50" LCD TV.
YOU CAN USE A NICE PATIO WITH A BBQ GRILL AND A FIRE PIT.
LOTS OF TREES SURROUNDING THE Studio AND 1 PRIVATE, DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE. Please park your car on the right side parking space. And make sure that other car can pass through.
YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOU ARE CAMPING BECAUSE OF THE ENVIRONMENT.
The space
Our area is very serene and quiet. Many animals are around in the neighborhood. We are on the foothills of Mt. Helix, a very great area. For your convenience, there is a Samsung 48" Flat Screen LED Smart TV that includes Netflix and Roku with lots of channels!
The cottage has a queen bed and a futon that becomes a bed for the third person.
For your convenience, we are providing a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster and Frier.

Private & quiet
The property is private and quiet. The hot tub was just what we needed as we had been traveling for a few days. The host was very gracious and accommodating to us. There were a few issues that were resolved to our satisfaction. The one issue was the television. We were told there was only free tv to watch. Only in the last night after being there for 3 nights we got the WiFi code which gave us access to all channels. We don’t travel often and like to relax at night watching movies or tv. That was very frustrating but all was fine. We would stay there again if we are ever back in the area.
