Cute & convenient!

Great little spot, and has everything you need! ONLY downfall was there’s a window unit in the living room, so the bedroom tended to get a little warm even with fans. Other than that, great stay!

The staff was very responsive, and helpful. The apartment was very tidy, and attractive. We will probably visit again. We had a small issue with the network. The staff worked very hard and late to resolve this issue. Amazing!

Perfect for us

Location is just right for us. Older unit, but clean, well maintained, spacious & nicely decorated and the staff (particularly Lorene) goes out of her way to make sure everything is going well and meeting our needs. She is a charm and I will always use her units when visiting Fort Payne to see relatives.

Cozy apt - great stay

Cozy home. Just what we needed - the property was a great hub to return to and relax in after our day activities. The owner was friendly, reached out before we needed anything, and was available when we had questions. The decor was pleasant, there was more than enough linens, tp, paper towels, dish soap, etc. The towels were folded in a fun, professional-looking way. Check-in/out procedures were clear and easy.

Christmas in Dixie

I normally leave very detailed reviews. However, 1500 characters are all that you get with this program, short to the point review here. It was clean. It was comfortable. It was different than our normal. The mirror set up at the front door is kinda scary because I am afraid of breaking mirrors. I loved the kitchen. I loved the living room. Took us a minute to figure out the TV but heck, we are old. The bed was comfortable. I wish there would have been more towels but we made due with what was there. The shower situation - no grab bar - but I purchased a cheap shower mat and then I felt safer. Hold the flush handle down until everything goes down. Water pressure low. Now you say, why did she give them 5's, because it was cozy, clean and comfortable. It is simple. I like simple and clean. I like a comfortable couch and bed. We got those things here. Now, there was no battery in the smoke detector but we didn't cook so we didn't worry about that. Would I recommend, yes. Will we return for future visits, YES! Communication with our HOST was awesome! All you have to do is text her and her response time is terrific! If simple, comfortable and getting a good nights sleep is part of your vacation, then this is your kinda place. Again, we enjoyed our stay. We loved the lower cost, loved the area, loved its character. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Happy vacation at IA5!

Older space but comfortable!

The unit is not quite as polished as the pictures make it look but still a great option for the price. The unit had everything we needed and overall we enjoyed our stay!
