Close to Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm arena, Emory University, GA Tech and whatever you're doing in Atlanta. Extremely convenient location.....2 night minimum on weekends.

Nice house in a great location

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and worked great for our family. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the fun neighborhood and it was close to downtown, the zoo and museums.

Perfect Location

My family came from Seattle and Kent Island, MD to celebrate Thanksgiving with my daughter in Atlanta and this home was the perfect gathering spot. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a big plus. Note, one bedroom is in a loft accessed by a circular staircase, and open to the living room below. The home is well appointed and we had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. The only disappointment was the advertised hot tub is no longer available.

Comfortable, clean, chic house in great neighborhood

House had everything we needed for a family get-together. Kitchen well stocked for our "chefs and bakers." Super clean and well appointed in every way. Fun walking neighborhood.

Nice location. A little run down.

The location was walkable to a bunch of restaurants and nightlife which was fun. The owner was friendly and communicative. The house could just use a little TLC. The furniture and rugs were stained, the paint could use some touching up. The hot tub shown in the video was not there. The two shower curtains were too long for the shower, so they were moldy and hanging in the water as you showered. Overall, the house is super cute, but you can just tell it's a rental that never gets used by the owners, and therefore is pretty beat up.

East Atlanta Village is full of unique small businesses and restaurants. There is a ton of energy and things to do in the area.

What makes this property unique

Location is dynamite. The 3 King beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and functional. My favorite thing is all the outdoor space, 3 decks/patios to spend a little time outdoors.
