A one-bedroom apartment, full kitchen, 600 sq ft. This is a duplex and I live in the back unit. Located in Pollock Pines, at 4000ft elevation. It does snow and you will need chains or 4x4 in the winter. Lots of outdoor activities, breweries and wineries very close by. Just down the road from Apple Hill.
