Cedarwood Serenity has one king master suite with dedicated office space, spa-like bath with gorgeous copper tub, and luxurious shower. The bunkroom is located downstairs and has 2 full size beds and a private bath. Private cabana area for hot tub off private deck. CEDARWOOD SERENITY HAS A STRICT NO PET POLICY.

This brand new home is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family and is a just a short walk to the Pine Lake clubhouse, grill and swimming pool. Cedarwood Serenity provides plenty of privacy, given its location next to the water, proximity to the road and placement amongst the trees. CEDARWOOD SERENITY IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOME AND A NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE THE HOME.

The gorgeous and inviting porch on the main level, provides ample space to enjoy the quiet sounds of nature while you relax in the cozy outdoor seating area or in the private outdoor spa. The custom-designed, walkout patio, is accessible from the main living area which overlooks the streaming fountain in the pond. The patio features a stone gas fireplace, a large high-definition TV with surround sound and plenty of room to relax. The connected boardwalk will take you to the romantic and private cabana where you can soak and relax in the hot tub.

Upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom features a high-end luxury king size bed, an 85 inch television, and a dedicated work space with high-speed fiber internet. The romantic dual vanity bathroom includes a gorgeous soaking copper tub for two that is visible from the master suite, and a large tile and custom rock shower. Downstairs you will find a bunkroom with two full-size beds, a large TV, and a private bath.

This home is equipped with a EV Level 2 plug. Please bring your own charging cable to plug into our EV outlet.

Cedarwood Serenity is located at Pine Lake, which is just 5 minutes away from Beavers Bend State Park and only a short drive from all the great restaurants and attractions in Broken Bow and Hochatown. Our community has a picturesque, stocked lake for catch-and-release fishing, a community pool and playground, a spacious Clubhouse and grounds to congregate with other guests at Pine Lake, and a family-style Grill where you can dine-in or order right to your cabin! The Grill also serves alcohol.  Our development was designed to allow each guest walking distance access to all of these great community amenities.
