Conveniently located on the 1st floor of Laketown Wharf, you can skip the busy elevators and walk right to the condo! With a fully equipped kitchen, including a dual coffee maker, plus balcony seating, guests can enjoy a homecooked meal while watching the 8pm nightly light show on the lake.

Laketown Wharf Resort, in Panama City Beach, is in the heart of all the fun. It is located near many attractions, restaurants and water activities, with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. First and foremost let me say we loved our unit. It was perfect with plenty of space. However, full service doesn't mean much here. We didn't get much help when after we checked in. The ladies at the front desk are less than friendly but I understand they're there to do a job. I was told that the company we booked through should have informed us about buying our own toilet paper and paper towels. As I explained to the front desk rep we weren't aware, but had we been made aware when we checked in, we would have purchased some from Walmart when we went. Instead we ran out before we realized there wasn't more in the unit (awful). Other than that we enjoyed everything and the location is perfect!

Easy breezy

We had a wonderful time! The condo was spotless clean, bed were decent. The resort offered a lot to do without having to leave. Asking up and down the steps was awful due to the elevators never stopping on the first floor-and toting everything across the the road to the beach was also not ideal. And the trash shoot at LTW was full our whole stay so unfortunately, everyone’s trash has to pile up! But the condo itself was absolutely amazing!

Nice place, would do it again!

Location is nice, close to food, beach, Walmart. Room was super clean. People were all friendly.. didn't have to deal with crazy traffic..our room was on the first floor so getting in & out of it was quick which is a big deal to me.
