Seachase E204~Beachfront & Stunning Views

NOTICE: Ongoing Exterior Construction Improvements, May be disruptive and loud. Beautifully decorated gulf front condo located on the Gulf of Mexico! Every room has an unobstructed view with a huge balcony. This lovely Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of living space with 2 gulf front master suites, one on each end of the unit. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet with a king bed in one bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. The living room features a pull out sofa for additional guests. The generous sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit.

The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and everything you will need to prepare meals. For coffee lovers, there is both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, as well as filtered water in the refrigerator. One of the greatest comforts offered in this beautiful unit is the full size washer and dryer, making keeping up with laundry easy and simple.

Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony. Both bedrooms

​Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

Parking is included in your reservation and the pass will be left in the condo. On site parking limited to two vehicles, no exceptions due to HOA restrictions.

​Both bath towels and beach towels are both provided. We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

There are two beach chairs and an umbrella included seasonally, but additional chairs and umbrellas are available in the unit.

Beautiful ocean front condo
Beautiful views of the ocean from every room. We had a great time with our friends and everyone had plenty of room. The location was close to the grocery store. We enjoyed the local restaurants and also the shopping at Pier Park.

Lovely beach trip
We brought our three young girls and had a wonderful time. The u it was so cute, clean, and well stocked for our family. It had every kitchen tool needed and was more than spacious for the five of us. We loved the pool, beach views, and having two chairs and umbrella set up at the beach for us. Million Dollar View

Spacious true to pictures, Amazing views from anywhere you are in the condo of the beautiful turquoise waters & white sugar sand beach of the Emerald Coast just AMAZING, very easy access in and out, nice decor and i really liked the fireplace ! Amazing view from every room
Thos condo is perfectly located on the gorgeous beach. We spent every morning on the balcony drinking our coffee, and every evening watching the sunset. The split floor plan was great for adding a second couple. Communication was great before and during our stay. Condo stocked woth everything that we needed. We will absolutely go back! November was a gorgeous month to visit! Beaches were empty!

Property was in a great location. We had a few issues with things not working but property manager and owner were very accommodating in getting what we needed taken care of. Pool area at condo had uneven pavers and this was very dangerous for my impaired sister. We overall enjoyed our stay at this property.

The property was not clean when we arrived. The property manager offered to send someone over but we had already taken care of it. Seems like the place needs a really good cleaning, though. Also, the bedrooms are very warm as the a/c does not seem to cool them, even with the curtains drawn all day. You can also hear the sliding doors from above and below quite well! On a better note, the condo is quite spacious and, although it was only my husband and me, it would be perfect for two couples or a family. Also, the balcony is great and the view is amazing!! The kitchen was very well equipped.

Breathtaking ocean views and Stunning Apartment Seachase 204 East
Our stay at this beachfront 2nd floor apartment (Seachase 204 East) was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking ocean views and a cozy, well-appointed living space. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully-equipped kitchen to a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. But what really made this stay so special was the location. The apartment is right on the beach, which meant that we could wake up to the sound of the waves every morning and watch the sun set over the ocean every evening. We spent our days lounging on the balcony, soaking up the sun and enjoying the sea breeze. The apartment is also conveniently located close to a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Whether we wanted to grab a bite to eat or explore the local area, everything was just a short walk or drive away. Overall, we would highly recommend this beachfront 2nd floor apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and unforgettable vacation on the beach.
