This newly built ocean view Canadian owned Club Style Condo, air conritioned, spacious 1,100 sq. feet, second floor apartment with 12 feet high ceiling.

The price includes designated parking spot, fiber optics internet, cable TV, 24/7 security. Besides it offers numerous amenities onsite, including two swimming pools, health center with air-conditioned gym with sauna, massage room (extra fee), relaxation room, entertainment room, billiards, ping-pong, meeting room, karaoke bar and cafeteria. It is located on a hill overseeing the Atlantic ocean in a popular tourist town Sosua nearby Puerto Plata airport on the northern shore of Hispaniola island. Everything is in a walking distance the beautiful Alicia and Sosua beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and casino.

Please note that renters are responsible for the electricity charges, normally it is not exceeding US$2 a day, but if you use A/C constantly it may go up to $10. Please take the electric meter reading when you check-in. The charge is RD$12 (US$0.24) per kWh.

Great vacation spot in sosua

The property is great and just as described. The bedroom has a king bed and air conditioning. The kitchen has everything you could need during your stay. There is one of the complex's pool down the stairs from the condo. There is also a small clubhouse with some food options. There is a gym on site, but we didn't use it. Location is great! There is a small store and museum up the hill from the complex. The town, including grocery store, beach and many restaurants are down the hill, about a 10 minute walk, everything is very accessible. Cabs are another option and are available at the bottom of the hill. Michael was a great host and was easy to reach with any questions we had. We will definately stay here again!
