We live in Colorado Springs, CO and love coming up to Granby to spend time in the snow, cross-country skiing or sledding in the winter and hiking or mountain biking in the summer. Our kids are grown and have families of their own and this house is a place that we can meet up and hang out.
Why they chose this property
Our cabin has everything we wanted when were looking for a vacation home. Close to town, restaurants, skiing, hiking, and not too difficult to get to in the summer or winter. We love that it sits on the Fraser River with big expansive windows. There's a community pool and a community hot tub (that is opened on weekends).
The homeowners and guests to the community are respectful of the property and each other. We love it here!
