In for a quick off-season weekend and everything was as advertised. Plenty of towels and extra blankets as well. Very clean

Place was great and very clean. Perfect location to Newport downtown. House had a lot of space which was nice. Owner responded quickly to questions. Would stay here again.

Great Weekend Getaway!

My college friends and I had a great stay at this property! Enough space for 8 adults, house was spotless when we got there, and the location was perfect. Would highly recommend for a group who wants to explore Newport!

Perfect house for a family! Back yard activities to keep the kids busy during down time. Excellent location close to anything you could need and all the local attractions! Property was clean and everything was easy to use. Will def be booking again!

We had a really nice time at the “Kathleen” house. It was a wonderful get away.! The property was very clean and the owner and assistant were available when a question came up. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood was nice. We look forward to vacationing there again sometime. Diane & Tim and Family!

Perfect for a family weekend.

Middletown family visit

Newport weekend getaway!

This property exceeded our expectations! The renovations are adorable; plenty of room & such a beachy feel! If you have little kids the back yard is a lot of fun! Easy, quick access to beaches, restaurants & shopping!
