Enjoy a wonderful experience at this centrally located French Quarter townhouse close to the Central Business District, Tulane University, The St Charles Ave Streetcar Line and all that New Orleans has to offer! Beautifully furnished townhome in the heart of the French Quarter. Completely private and off the street, this unit overlooks the courtyard and pool and is bathed in sunlight, but central air and heat keep it comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom are upstairs with a balcony overlooking the pool. Kitchen and living room are downstairs. Unit is one of four on this property, so the pool and courtyard are shared with only 3 other units. Utilities are included. Refrigerator, range, and microwave are included. Washer and Dryer on site.
