This beautiful and modern open concept home is so spacious. The kitchen/living/dining room combo is equipped to entertain the whole family. Off the living room, you will find an a office space with its sofa and coffee table for a peaceful cup of tea or an area to relax in on the expandable sofa.

Adjacent to the office, you will find a full bathroom and four more bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is the master and it has its own walk in closet, sofa living space and its own en suite bathroom.

Downstairs, the living space completely doubles in the enormous Game Room entertaining space. You can play pool, ping pong, or even watch a movie. There is also a third bathroom in this area of the home. We provide guests with additional air mattresses too if needed.

This place needs some TLC. Grass a foot tall, several broken shelves, stained pillows, moldy and dirty siding, rusty back door, full stinky garbage, and cobweb filled entry.

Just the location we needed

We live locally and were displaced for home repairs. This location was perfect for what we needed and had plenty of space. It's an older home that has been upgraded. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. FYI...If you are taking a small pet, be careful when letting them out as we did see some coyotes!

Exactly Right

This house is extremely comfortable and wonderfully outfitted. Unlike many rental houses, we didn’t feel we needed to run out and get necessaries like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. and there were many items we were happily surprised by, like full coffee supplies and good toiletries in all the bathrooms. We originally rented the house to stay close to family for Christmas, but my father passed a few days before our arrival and the house turned into the place for the funeral luncheon and general gathering place for our grieving extended family. It worked perfectly. There were different areas for small groups to gather, and kids of all ages had a great time with the game room in the basement. We will be back!!

Beautiful, spacious, and modern

The house was exactly as promised. It’s perfect for large families with loads of space for fun. The basement was one of the highlights with the games and space to enjoy everyone. We will definitely use his place again.

Very pretty property! Felt the check in process was a little intense with being asked multiple times what time I was planning to arrive, the rules are also a little intense. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay.

Not quite ready

Pricing was good and the location worked for us. The property was well suited for our needs, but the owners have work to do. The supplies were limited, there were obvious signs of a remodel in process and the trash outside (several containers) was full and overflowing. I would ask more questions in the future to make sure the property remodel is complete and the property is clean enough to receive guests.

Family Vacation

This property fit our needs to all stay together in one place. With 4 bedrooms, each family had their own space. The open floor plan was great for just hanging out with our kids and grandkids. The games were a perfect get together for the grandkids. They enjoyed them immensely. The open backyard made a super space to burn off some energy with a game of soccer. The foliage around the the backyard kept the space pretty much private. What a nice backdrop for some memorable family photos. One thing we all noticed was the outside yard could have been mowed and possibly spraying the perimeter areas for mosquitoes before we arrived. The outside could use a little clean up. The inside is well kept. We were very satisfied with the overall property and would sure stay there in the future. We had 8 adults and 3 grandkids hanging out together. Nothing better than that. A drawback we experienced was the limited number of people who could be at the house at one time. With our family from Illinois, we would have been over the limit by 3 people. We were a little disappointed we had to move for Nebraska and Illinois families getting together for a supper get together. We were hoping that Nebraska could have been the host for one night. But we also respect the owners wishes. After all, it’s their place and they graciously allowed us the use for four days. Thank you!

Great Location for Family

My siblings and I were in town for our father's memorial service so having a large home where we and our kids could be together was very helpful. The home is a very pleasant surprise. It doesn't look large from the outside, but once you get in, it is very spacious, with plenty of room to gather and spend time together. The basement is great, with the pool table, ping pong table, and skee ball. There is another bed and a full bath down there as well, which is helpful. The only downside to this is that sound carries really well in the house so if your young folks want to stay up late playing pool or ping pong, you will hear it in the upstairs bedrooms. :) There were a few things I would suggest to make the visit even better. They are: Check in process - make sure the information to get into the home is in the email you are sent. We didn't have it and had to try to track down the owner at 10pm on a Friday night to get in. Very challenging. Amenities - for the most part this is fantastic. I would suggest adding some dish towels to the kitchen as there were none. Overall I give very high marks to this home and for family gatherings it is ideal. Would definitely use it again.
