We love the fact that the house is right in town yet just a tad set back from the promenade and noise. The village itself is authentic so you will get the unadulterated Croatia experience. The ability to walk to a grocery store, bank, restaurants, coffee shops, and children's parks is an absolute plus. We are also a few minutes away from the affordable local bus so we are ideal for visitors without a vehicle. You can easily reach us from the airport then travel to downtown Split very affordably. You can also get food and grocery deliveries at this address which is an absolute plus for us. Glovo and Wolt apps are used for this purpose.

Gloria is a Croatian with significant experience investing in real estate. She always wanted to own an old stone house in an authentic Croatian village. Kastel Sucurac was an ideal location for us for many reasons: the proximity to the airport, Split, harbor, beach, and children's parks. Most importantly, Croatia is rapidly changing and mass tourism is changing the face and the presentation of the area. Kastel Sucurac is defiantly staying the same as it was 20, 30+ years ago. We absolutely love the authenticity and the old-world feel you get here. The area is not overcrowded and noisy and all the amenities are within reach.
