Completely renovated in 2022, this villa is a dream come true for a family or executive with a private office, a large fully equipped kitchen, a grand master bedroom, a pool, and a gym!
The property is excellent for the remote worker, with fiber optic internet and 5 bars of signal strength throughout the property. We have a separate office area including a standing, with excellent lighting and a color laser printer. The office also has doors to close off the area for those private video and conference calls.
The office contains basic needs such as a stapler, pencils, pens, a whiteboard, and a paper shredder.
The villa is in the excellent Shenandoah neighborhood, where the neighbors walk morning and night.
The large pool area includes a fire pit, lawn chairs, and a terrace dining area to enjoy the cool nights in Miami. Parking for up to 3 cars is off-street and private. Pool and Landscape maintenance is included!
We are happy to provide a saltwater pool and a gym for you to enjoy, but both are to be used cautiously and at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Larry & Reina have been Premium Hosts with VRBO since the opening of their first property in Puerto Vallarta, MX. They currently own an additional property in Tamarindo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. They continue this with a Miami studio property opened in June 2022 and now have incorporated the entire villa in this luxury property including a pool, fully equipped gym, and Peloton bicycle.
Why they chose this property
The property was renovated in 2022, including a fully equipped in-home gym and private bar, all located in a fully and heavily landscaped and private yard.
The property is excellent for the remote worker, with fiber optic internet and 5 bars of signal strength throughout the property. We have a separate office area including 2 styles of desks, traditional and standing, with excellent lighting and a color laser printer. The office also has doors in order to close off the area for those private video and conference calls.
The office contains basic needs such as a stapler, pencils, and pens, a whiteboard, and a paper shredder.
The property is scheduled to have solar power installed in April 2023 while already having a backup generator to ensure continuous power through most weather occurrences.
