Stunning Beachfront condo - Your Perfect Getaway
4th floor oceanfront 1-bedroom condo with ocean and inlet views from your own private balcony. Head to your own private balcony to enjoy the sunrise and watch the dolphins.
Short walk to beach and pool.
This newly renovated 1-bedroom condo has two queen size Murphy beds. Perfect for a family of 4
Full size, fully stocked kitchen include refrigerator, 4-burn electric range with oven, microwave, coffee maker, plates, cups. pots, pans, and utensils.
Parking for 1 car
Coin operated laundry on site
The space
The unit has a full size kitchen with dinning room area, one bathroom, and a Living room/bedroom with two queen size Murphy beds.
The living room has a queen size sleep sofa, 55 inch Tv with cable only.
*****Please note there is NO wi-fi in the unit during off season****
Outside the living room you will find an oversized private balcony.
You will be rewarded with the most amazing sunrises if you wake up at 5 am. The balcony is the perfect place for dolphin watch. They love playing around the seawall.
On the second floor of the building there is an extra-large heated outdoor pool with tables, chairs, lounges and umbrella seating to enjoy outdoor living and dining.
-There is a Lease Agreement to Be Signed for Each Reservation and a copy of government issued ID must be provided.
All guest must be at least 25 years old or families traveling with children.
No exceptions.
***Guest must bring linens and towels.
A starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels are provided- bring extras for a long stay.
Guest access
Guests will be given a code to enter the building and a code to the front door of the unit.
You will have access to the Pool and Barbecue Area – Barbecue grills are located on the pool deck- 2nd floor. Anyone using the barbecue grills are responsible for cleaning the grates after their use.
Weather permitting, the pool and barbecue schedule is as follows:
May Labor Day until seasonal closure, 10:00am until 8:00 pm.
Times are subject to change as necessary.
Other things to note
The 5th Avenue Entrance is the primary entrance to the building. It should be used for the following: unloading and loading your vehicle as well as cart/luggage racks; going to and from the beach; hosing off the sand before re-entering the building.
Laundry Facilities are located on each floor near the elevators.
Main Lobby – Considerable effort is expended to maintain the appearance, cleanliness and safety of the main entrance and Lobby. When using the Lobby, shirts and shoes are required. Wet bathing suits and bathing attire are not permitted in the Lobby – please use the 5th Avenue Beach entrance when going to and coming from the beach. No food or drinks are permitted in the lobby.
