Sunny, Mediterranean, historic home on the water block of the El Cid Historic District. 3 bedrooms & 2.5 baths in the main house only. The guest house/garage is not part of the rental, but guests have exclusive access to the pool and side yard. The large, extremely private, and fenced in/gated lot features a tropical yard and heated saltwater pool. Free, no-permit, on-street parking.

Why they chose this property

Located in El Cid, one of several historic sections of West Palm Beach - just over the bridge from Palm Beach Island. Fantastic location near restaurants, Antique Row, the Kravis Center, Downtown West Palm Beach, and a short bicycle ride or walk to Palm Beach Island.

24-hour parking is available directly in front of the house, and on the entire street. No permit or sticker is required. The driveway is a bit tight, so there is no additional parking available in the driveway.
