If you are looking for a luxury retreat with outstanding ocean views, look no further. This one bedroom condo high above the sand is recently renovated and the perfect place for you and your partner. Spacious accommodations include a comfortable living room with ocean views that opens to the fully stocked kitchen. The single bedroom has it's own ocean view sitting area to relax in. Savor premium sunsets from your comfortable and roomy oceanfront patio. Beachy-fresh decor will make this a property you'll want to return to again and again.
Located close to the pool and spa and just a few steps to the beach stairs where you can walk along the crashing waves.

Located in Seascape Sur condo complex, renowned for its zen-like landscaping, waterfalls, streams and koi ponds. This gated community offers underground, assigned parking and has two swimming pools, two spas, two lighted tennis courts, a spacious patio area and direct beach access. Take a morning walk to one of the many nearby coffee and breakfast spots, including the Cedros Design District. Just blocks away from the Coaster train station which will take you south to downtown San Diego, the Padres ballpark, Old Town San Diego or north to Oceanside and beyond. Seascape Sur is the residence of choice for the Del Mar Race Track seasons.
Solana Beach is centrally located in San Diego County making it a convenient distance to attractions like Del Mar Race Track, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Safari Park, Oceanside, and Balboa Park.
Two tandem parking spaces are included with this unit, however there is very low clearance for vehicles.
Gate to beach access stairs at the northwest of the property. Seascape Sur has a number of stairs throughout the property and would not be appropriate for those with mobility issues.
Professionally laundered hotel quality linens and bath towels are provided. Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines.

In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum.

A few washing machine pods, extra roll of paper towels, maybe roll of foil, Saran? Also since cannot use disposal, extra garbage bags.
