This private guesthouse is centrally located, in perfect proximity to so much of what San Diego has to offer, yet allows you to retreat from the busier tourist centers. Discreetly nestled in a family neighborhood, 15 minutes or less from the airport, Petco Park, SD Convention Center, the Zoo, Balboa Park, Coronado Island, beaches, major freeways and much more.

Keyless entry so you can self-check, a generous backyard lets you bring the dog, brand new washer and dryer so you can pack light.

The Space:
1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full-sized bathroom with stand up shower, full dine-in kitchen, laundry room and private backyard.

Guest Access:
The whole guesthouse and the connected yard are gated and private, for the exclusive use of our guests during stays.

Getting Around:
In order to make the most of San Diego it’s best to have a car during your stay. There is a free space waiting for you in the driveway.

This is the best Vrbo yet!

This house is located perfectly in San Diego, short drive away from the beach and many restaurants. The house was very clean, nice private turf back yard. This was a nice get away from everyday life! Can’t wait to come back!

Clean, simple, and easy!

We had a great time staying at this property & it completely met our expectations. We didn’t spend much time on the property, but it has a beautiful outdoor area and reasonably sized interior. Would recommend!

Wonderful

Wonderful VRBO. Communication with the owner was great. The place was really nice and updated. Full kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, and a place to park. Separate entrance with a lockable gate for privacy.

Great stay!

Frank was an awesome host. The property was clean and quiet. The neighborhood is okay but I felt safe and there were security cameras on the property. The backyard was simple and fun. Overall a great place to stay if you need something small and clean. Just be aware you either have to pay a $1,500 not guaranteed refundable damage fee or $59 damage insurance. This fee is on top of all the other cleaning, property fee, and tax. Not terrible but just beware

Our Visit

Clean, intimate, rental. Older neighborhood, slight safety concern. Check in/out time posted on VRBO did not match host message 3pm check-in is really 4 pm and 11am check out is really 10 am. Just sn FYI. Host communicated well and responded wuickly.
