Our home is located in a quiet area not far from local restaurants and shopping. Looking for coffee just walk to the local Dunkin or Starbucks for your morning cup of jo. The greenway is close by for a fun day exploring. Restaurants are within walking distance to. Plus the campus and hospital are just down the road. We offer Wifi and Roku TV in the living room and main bedroom. This is such an adorable place you will never want to leave.

great location, safe neighborhood, close to everything

waiting for the arrival of our first grand baby so this was the perfect location and just the right size for what we needed for our stay. I swept quite a few dust/cobwebs from ceiling, the drain in tub could use a hair catcher since I had to use Drano a couple of times to unclog drain. I appreciated the washer and dryer use for our stay. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks so much

The property was great and close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. It was quiet, clean, and perfect for the few days we were in town. I sent Mary a question while we were there, and she responded very quickly.

Higher toilet would have been appreciated. Tub was slippery for shower so put a heavy towel down in bottom of tub so we did not slip and fall I like a lamp by bedside to read at night Was very clean

Great getaway!

This was the perfect place for us to stay! Everything was exactly as seen in the photos and she even had snacks in a basket for us. We will definitely stay here again next time we come :)

Perfect Little Getaway

I cant say enough about this place. Its quaint and perfect in everyway. Great little place to stay at while in Muncie visiting. Thank you for the snacks! We will be back. Had a great long weekend. Beautiful place

Easy living in the city

We live in the country so I love getting around in Muncie. We are close to a pharmacy and groucery. We are 4 minutes from our daughter and her family. We have had a fabulous week. Mary has taken care of us in every way. We hope to stay again, many more times, this school year, as we come over to see programs and celebrate birthdays.
