***This complex will be undergoing a major renovation. This will restore and improve this property for you and your family to enjoy again for many years to come. 1104A's interior will only moderately be impacted at a specific planned time. However, your stay may be impacted by some construction noise, workers being present, dust or materials in the air, and other hazards you typically have during construction. Choosing to rent during construction is choosing to do so at your own risk. The majority of work will be done by building, starting with Building B. Building A's construction will mostly take place in the Fall of 2024 until the Summer of 2025. However, there will be a timeframe that work will be performed on the exterior of both buildings on the front/North side during the spring/summer of 2024. Some dates may need to be restricted during these times. Please contact us for more information on how your stay may be impacted.

Parking notes: ONE Parking pass is provided with your reservation. You can buy an additional parking pass for approximately $65. There are two buildings, A and B and each pass designates which building you should park in-front of. No assigned parking. 805A is located in the east tower. From the parking lot, the east tower is on the left side.
What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.
What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
This property is monitored by a ring doorbell with audio and video capabilities. The location of the ring doorbell is at the front door and it will be on during reservations.

***Please note: Summer House will be undergoing restoration work beginning in September 2023 beginning with building B. At this time, building B is anticipated to be completed by June 2024. Building A will begin in August of 2024, and is anticipated to be completed by June 2025. The property intends to keep the extensive phases of the work at a minimum during peak seasons, as to not pose major disturbances to guests though noise on site is expected. Parking patterns may be affected during exterior coating work on the north side of the building facing the parking lot. All work is weather and schedule permitting.
