***This complex will be undergoing a major renovation. This will restore and improve this property for you and your family to enjoy again for many years to come. 1104A's interior will only moderately be impacted at a specific planned time. However, your stay may be impacted by some construction noise, workers being present, dust or materials in the air, and other hazards you typically have during construction. Choosing to rent during construction is choosing to do so at your own risk. The majority of work will be done by building, starting with Building B. Building A's construction will mostly take place in the Fall of 2024 until the Summer of 2025. However, there will be a timeframe that work will be performed on the exterior of both buildings on the front/North side during the spring/summer of 2024. Some dates may need to be restricted during these times. Please contact us for more information on how your stay may be impacted.

Parking notes: ONE Parking pass is provided with your reservation. You can buy an additional parking pass for approximately $65. There are two buildings, A and B and each pass designates which building you should park in-front of. No assigned parking. 805A is located in the east tower. From the parking lot, the east tower is on the left side.

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
This property is monitored by a ring doorbell with audio and video capabilities. The location of the ring doorbell is at the front door and it will be on during reservations.

***Please note: Summer House will be undergoing restoration work beginning in September 2023 beginning with building B. At this time, building B is anticipated to be completed by June 2024. Building A will begin in August of 2024, and is anticipated to be completed by June 2025. The property intends to keep the extensive phases of the work at a minimum during peak seasons, as to not pose major disturbances to guests though noise on site is expected. Parking patterns may be affected during exterior coating work on the north side of the building facing the parking lot. All work is weather and schedule permitting. Nice place but so dirty and construction is way worse than described
The unit decor and interior was very nice. But unfortunately that is the positive. Unit was so dirty. Hair in showers. Trash under bed. Used pony tail holders on floor. Spills left on end tables. And construction is way worse than described. We won’t stay here again. I did message these things right upon check in but never heard back.

We were very excited about our stay. Communication was great. Until the unit was paid for. Then it was bad. I had to reach out multiple times before they would respond. But just a couple of concerns. I was told things would happen that didn’t. My concerns: we had an obscene picture on the window, they took care of after 2/3 texts messages, we had mold in the bathtub and shower. Had to cut shower curtain and buy cleaning products and clean the tub and shower. They never came, after telling me they would, to bring a new curtain. There was urine in the stairwell. Never cleaned. After telling me they would get the HOA to clean. Hot water was not always available. Never responded. Mold and a very slippery area by the pool. Multiple people fell on the area. Never cleaned. Since we have been home, I have reached out to the agents to ask for understanding why these and other things were not addressed. No response. Luckily, the unit is in a great location. Just sad that I was put off. Especially when they were so responsive at the beginning.

Absolutely beautiful condo on the beach
We just left and are already planning a return trip. The owners are very nice and responsive. The condo is beautiful in every way. Plenty of space and all you need for an extended vaca. The location is perfect. Hands down just a great place to stay and wonderful owners.

Wonderful stay!
This 5-star rating reflects our stay in this unit - Leann and Holly were excellent hosts during our stay at Summer House. Our unit was clean, updated, well-stocked with towels, linens, and dishes. Everything we looked for was available from frypans, stockpots, ice cream scoops, coffee maker, toaster, graters, hot pads, pizza pans, crockpots, blender, washer/dryer, and much more. There were plenty of plates, silverware, glassware, and utensils. Cleanliness rates highly with our family. We appreciated the spotless refrigerator and microwave, clean linens and comfortable furniture, granite countertops, and the tile and plank flooring (instead of carpeting). Their 'before you go' advice was spot on. They had 1 of each: toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher and laundry detergent, hand and bath soap, and one roll of paper towels. Make sure to bring more of each, including a liquid hand soap for each bath and kitchen. Bring your own beach towels and beach chairs. There were a couple cool, rainy days - we were glad to have brought a throw blanket to use while watching tv. All the beds were super comfortable with new fresh linens. The two guest rooms were equally as comfortable as the master. The balcony was extra deep with plenty of seating for our family of five with room left for at least another 4. There was a sofa-sleeper in the unit, but we didn't use it. Closet space and dressers were plentiful. Location was great - close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Beach and outdoor pool areas were nice and had plenty of chairs. Our stay included one parking pass and we never had an issue with finding a spot. Our unit was wonderful, but I want to share a few thoughts about the rest of the facility. It's an older building. There were no tennis courts as mentioned, but they could have been under construction.?. The indoor pool area was very small and seemed to cater to young families with small children and babies. The fitness area had just one set of weights (12 lb), one cable machine, and 6 various cardio machines in a small area. Would I stay in this unit again? Absolutely, without hesitation! Thanks so much for having everything ready and 'just right' for our stay!

Great Condo
We were evidently the first occupants of this newly remodeled beach and ocean-front condo. Location is convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. New flooring, furniture, appliances, and decor are comfortable, pleasant to the eye, and nice quality. We would definitely choose this condo again.
