3bd / 2ba Ground Floor Beach Condo - Indian Rocks Beach

This Beach Condo is a ground floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach condo (1200 sq ft) located in a small desirable complex directly on the beach in Indian Rocks Beach. Our semi-private section of the beach is steps away from this unit. Pack up your chairs and umbrella and you are off for a relaxing day in the sand and waves. Spend your time relaxing in the sun, going for a walk along the shoreline, shelling, and swimming in the Gulf.

The bedrooms were just upgraded to a wood plank porcelain tile. The Kitchen is well stocked, very open, and has most items you might need during your stay, including a full-size stove, microwave, and coffee maker. The full-size living room, and separate den/reading room both overlook the condo's private patio.

The Master Bedroom has a new king-size bed, with a dresser and TV. The 2nd bedroom has a new full-size bed with Armoire and 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with a dresser and the 2nd full bathroom. There is a guest closet in the hallway and two ACs to keep the over 1200 sq feet of living space cool and providing plenty of room.

The pool and hot tub, and their new paver deck area, new plentiful lounge chairs offer plenty of seating while enjoying the great Florida outdoors. With 2 large patio tables umbrellas, fun family meals in wet bathing suits can keep the fun continuing. The natural gas grill by the pool is great for those evenings you feeling like eating in! Sunset Paradise is a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends making memories that you'll cherish and share for years. This beach condo is not overlooking the Gulf, but is connected to the beach sand by walking through the pool area to the private beach access.

We have enhanced cleaning procedures using MicroBan antimicrobial and 70% Isopropyl and are proud to uphold cleaning protocols reflecting CDC recommendations. All linens are removed after each stay to be professionally laundered (sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc.) and fresh are brought in.

Great beachside condo

The condo was perfectly situated with a pool and direct access to the beach so that everyone in our group was able to enjoy their own ideal “fun in the sun” vacation. Check in and check out was super easy and the condo representative provided great instructions and ideas for local exploring.

Sun and Fun In Indian Rocks Beach

Good location, beautiful sunsets, pool and beach access good, parking at condo good, condo was a little dated but in a great location. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Owner's rep was easy to work with and stopped by to meet us. Enjoyed our 3 week stay.

Great Location, Condo and Host

We enjoyed how close the condo is to the pool, hot tub, beach and great restaurants. Very walkable and clean comfortable condo. Lots of space for three adults. Having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and pool inflatables was a huge bonus. We liked the private back porch for meals or just hanging out. Can’t beat the sunsets on the beach! Really enjoyed our stay and the host was super helpful and responsive!! Thanks for hosting us!

Great property, right by the beach. Clean and very convenient. Lots of beach supplies, which was helpful. Only negative comment- beach chairs should be upgraded, the one st the house are very rusty and some were broken.

Clean older condo

Enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and had several amenities that we used. The only complaint I had was that the living room furniture was not comfortable at all and the shower in the hallway dripped constantly. Other than that it was perfect!!!

Mixed Feelings

We stayed here with our three young kids. We had a great week but wouldn’t likely book this place again. Pros: beachfront with pool and hot tub were wonderful. The condo was stocked with pool toys, beach toys, chairs, a canopy, etc. Dedicated parking, small washer/dryer in unit, three bedrooms. Property manager was very helpful. Cons: property was located directly next to a large parking lot with public beach access which made for a busy beach fairly often. Kitchen was lacking in cookware, meaning no sharp knives and poor pans for cooking (some even falling apart). Not a problem if you don’t plan to cook much, but our family cooks almost exclusively due to allergies. Kitchen and bathrooms had no venting. A big issue was that some of the blinds only partially close…the worst being the window in the shower of one of the bathrooms. The other being the window by the front door.

Quiet Beachfront Vacay

Quiet condo on the beach. It had everything we needed for a relaxing time at the beach. I would say have a few more bath towels and dish towels handy but no real complaints for the price. We had a lovely time and the beach is quiet and family friendly.

A step back in time / Updating Needed!

Our stay was very disappointing. The condo is not as pictured in on the VRBO site. Both bathrooms are in need up updating. We struggled with cold showers, only to be told to run the hot water in the bathroom sinks until hot - then turn on the shower. One of the showers controls was switched / meaning the Hot water was on the opposite side. Labeling this would have been a nice alert. The beginning of black mold was present. I noticed when making the bed that the cleanliness between the headboard of the bed and the box springs was less than desirable. The patio is adjacent to a parking garage with a visual of a green electrical box. One of the sliding doors was a struggle to open and close. The rental is on the ground floor / however there are two sperate levels (trip hazards) that have to be navigated. I have rented from VRBO several times, both domestically and internationally and have never been disappointed as I have this time. I am not looking for a response from the sponsor, just to communicate my experience with this unit.

the area and the beach were excellent.

The property was very old. The bedrooms were small with no closets. The biggest issue was there was no dishwasher even though on the owners exit sheet he ask to have it loaded but don't run it. I was confused and very stressed out that I couldn't find out before I left Arizona how I was going to get into the rental. This alone I will probable not rent from VRBO again.

Chose 3 stars because the general consensus among our group was the condo was “ok”. Seemed tight for 5-6 adults. Guest did not find beds comfortable. Dbl bed is a (approximately) 6” mattress on a metal frame. Other observations, not necessarily bad/good but may matter to some visitors : Open floor plan Small family room with limited comfy seating - see listing pictures for furniture Dining room chairs are close for additional seating and 2 of the family room chairs can be used at dining table Small washer and dryer available Items left from previous guest so may be worth taking stock before hitting store Great beach and pool which is a short walk through the parking garage to the pool and then through the pool area to the ocean. Construction next door. Didn’t bother us but may be worth checking on if concerned about noise etc No closets in bedroom but there is a closet and a hanging rack in the hallway. There’s also a over-door hook on many of the doors. Check in is at 4pm as stated-no sooner.

beach trip with baby and toddler

This place worked out great for our group. We had 3 adults, a toddler, and a baby. 1st-the location could not have been better. You walk out and are basically at the pool, and beach. Another great thing is this is a bottom level condo. It worked well because we were able to keep our wagon and stroller right outside the door. 2nd-the master bed was very comfortable. The other two rooms were very dark and perfect for littles. We did not even need to put up a blackout curtain. 3-location. We were in walking distance of many local restaurants (like .3 walking distance). We were also able to walk to the park up the street. 4. The actual beach section this condo was on was excellent for children. It was clean, soft waves, nice sand. Again, a very easy walk back to the condo! 5. When we arrived the condo was very clean which is always appreciated. The only challenge we found was that the living room furniture was not comfortable for lounging. A nice comfortable couch would make this condo perfect.

Love the location!

Location is awesome! Close to restaurants and stores. Cameron handled any problems we had quickly and efficiently! This was our second time there and we will be back again!
