Decent place but beware neighbors
This was a decent place. Need some minor upgrades but we were still comfortable. Owners were really nice and kept in touch and responded in timely manner. The only complaint we really have is the neighbors on right side of house. They seemed like they were not too fond of being next door to a vacation home so they made a complaint about us to try and get us in trouble. Rules state that noise ordinances behins at 10 and should be kept quiet after those hours but the neighbors claimed we were being too loud when we really weren't and it was early evening. I think they just wanted to find an excuse to complain about something so be careful not to speak too loudly where they can hear. Other than worrying about the neighbors, we enjoyed our stay.

PERFECT FOR US
Property was perfect for our family. Spacious and clean. It was nice to have the screened in porch and the open deck. We saw dolphins in the bay while having our morning coffee! Some swam and some fished. The big grill on site was nice to have when we grilled out for dinner. Lot’s of unexpected extras. Made for an enjoyable vacation!

Our stay on the Bay
We enjoyed the home. We were able to rest and unwind with our daughter and grandbaby. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Nice distance from the beaches. Discovered our grandbaby hates the sand. Maybe next time she will enjoy it more!! I wish the dock was repaired to have enjoyed.

A Gem!
We spent a relaxing week at this property enjoying the water views from inside and outside the home. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was so friendly! We slept well on the king size bed. Having 2 full bathrooms was a real plus.

Great location
We enjoy paddle boarding and we were able to enjoy that being right on Perdido bay. We also enjoyed being between Pensacola and Orange Beach it left us with so many food and activity options.
