Relaxing retreat.

A gorgeous house in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. The pool was fantastic for relaxing.

Perfect Phoenix Home base

Kristine and Matt are perfect hosts. They were responsive to every request or question. Their responses were clear and communication was flawless. The home is exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated with no clutter. The home is cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms were big and beds comfortable. The design of the home was perfect with 3 zones for the bedrooms. The bathrooms were clean.We were able to spead out and gather as needed. Plenty of storage and closet space.The kitchen was perfect in size and function.Laundry room was very helpful.The pool warm and fun to hang out around. It really was to bad the weather was not warmer. Pool towels are in plain sight.We all agreed, when we return to Phoenix; we will stay in this beautiful, comfortable home.Thank you Kristine and Matt for letting us stay in your home.

Good but no hot tub

The place was clean and nice. It was just like the pictures. The big down side was that we had to ask every time we wanted to use the hot tub and then they would turn it on and only for an hour. It never got hot so it was warm at the most. We chose this place for the pool and hot tub so to have to ask and text to use it was annoying. That should be in the advertisement.

Hot Tub

Loved the property clean big house, HOWEVER in the listing it says hot tub but we had to message the host every time we wanted it to be on and it only ran an hour a day so for us to have our family here from out of town and our teens they were upset they couldn’t get in the hot tub whenever they wanted because it was cold and you only had an hour a day for it to be an actual hot tub. Wish that was disclosed before renting seeming as that is the only reason we got that house was for the pool and hot tub for our kids and family to enjoy so that was a big let down.

Spacious, light, and bright!

Overall a great stay! We appreciated the three full baths and spacious kitchen. The natural light in the living space was great and we enjoyed the outdoor space and hot tub. The host was available and communicative throughout our stay.

Phoenix home

Great property, awesome pool, tons of room for everyone. Gated community that looked almost new. Only blemish on our trip was that the BBQ had no propane. Otherwise, a great space for larger groups of people.

Nice house

This is a very nice property, very clean, nice neighborhood and safe. One caution for seniors, there are no grab bars in the showers, so be careful.

Baby crib. Difficult to assemble. Think broken Moved a lamp to one of other bedroom. Think there should be one in each room. Overall stay good, Thank you.
