Location, Location, Location. This beautiful Key West style home is located in the ideal location, just a short distance(0.3 miles) from the South Beach access point on Marco Island. In addition, the home is also just a short distance from popular Mission Plaza that offers multiple restaurants, the movie theater, putt-putt and boutique shopping. This home is extremely well taken care of.

Updates completed as of March 2023:

-Fresh paint throughout
-New mattresses
-All new linens and towels
-New bedroom furniture

The home has a large great room complete with large flat screen tv, terrific space for entertaining. 2 large bedrooms, spacious master bedroom with king size bed. Also, flat screen tv mounted in the master bedroom. Walk-in shower in the updated master bath. 2nd bedroom equipped with queen size bed, with rollout trundle underneath. Flat-screen tv mounted in the 2nd bedroom as well. Walk-in shower also in the 2nd bathroom as well.

The backyard is a Florida dream with a large pool, spa and sitting area to enjoy the Southwest Florida weather. The home is surrounded by lush landscaping giving you a private feel in this tropical oasis. Large poolside sitting area to kick ones feet up and relax. Large flat screen tv also mounted here poolside.

All beach gear provided for guests, complete with chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach towels. Located in the utility room in the downstairs area.

Winter break

Nice house with a pool and hit tub not far from the beach. Close. To restaurants and shopping. Very clean inside with very comfortable beds! Only help would be instructions for the hot tub and thermostat. Would highly recommend this place for anyone getting away to Marco. Close walk to great shells at south beach and short drive to tiger tail beach on north end

Marvelous on Marco Island

This beach home was very comfortable and well furnished!! The expansive lanai and pool were Ah-mazing, complete with a big screen TV and lots of furniture! Very private backyard, and close proximity to the beach were a plus!! We loved it!!!

Square footage of main floor is not much bigger than an average condo, but loved the privacy of a single home. Needs done updates.. laundry is in the storage area under the house in between the two car ports. Made it a pain to do laundry at night as the only access is from outside and down the front stairs. The front stairs has one board that is rottin, I was do sure I was going to fall through at some point. Otherwise a great place to stay!

The beds were also very comfortable which is such a plus because we’ve had some rental houses where we left with sore backs from uncomfortable beds. Not the case here! The pool was amazing. We would definitely rent again at 832 Seagrape. It was one of our most favorite vacation homes ever!!!!

The house was great, having a pool and hot tub to ourselves was perfect. I do wish someone would have come to clean the pool every few days, but it only happened once during our 5 day stay. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, I would say like 600 yards, but there is a sidewalk.

Home is great. Do not rent for use of the pool/spa. Pool heater set to 78 but only heats to 70 which is quite chilly due to know sunlight in pool area. Management will not help (heater is locked from adjustment and you will not be able to enjoy).

Great location for a small family

Had no problems with the pool or heating of it. The hot tub was a little cooler than most, but our kids didn’t mind. You’re renting this place because of the location and proximity to the beach. This place has that! And it includes the beach toys, chairs, wagon and whatnot. Those little things go a long way. This house is a bit quirky and shows some age. But, nothing so major that it’s a problem. The only two things I could see as a drawback for a family: the pool is out of view and would be a hassle to monitor going up and down stairs. The laundry area can only be accessed be leaving the house interior. Great place!

We were hesitant at first not actually being on the beach but wanted our own private pool area while not on the beach. We had no idea how close the house actually is to the beach and could not have been happier. House is well equipped with everything we needed. The pool area is such a great setup to relax and entertain. We will be back, grateful for such a great setup and vacation!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is great. Do not rent this for use of the pool and hot tub. Heat controls are locked and you cannot adjust them. Set to 78 degrees, but only heats to 70 which is fairly cold due to th lack of sunshine into back yard. Pool/Spa heat pump controlled remotely and cannot be turned on. Manager will not help.

Perfect for us!

Cute, clean house with private yard, pool & spa. Short walk to the beach. Nicely equipped kitchen. Great outdoor entertainment area with TV by pool. Bed was very comfy. Raised garden bed with tomatoes in the side yard. They were ripe and tasty. Management responded quickly when we reported a sharp broken screw on the back stairs and a loose stair board in front. I’d also suggest having the pool guys out AFTER the yard guys. We swept the film off the top of the water as well as possible, but there were a few holes in the skimmers that didn’t help. Not the rental company’s fault, but I had to laugh, because it seemed like each time I took a dish out of the cabinet, it was dirty. That’s on the other renters. A few extra dishwasher tabs wouldn’t have gone amiss because of the extra loads. And a fresh dish sponge/scrubby would have been nice too. We were kind of bummed that there was only one bike, because we would have ridden all over the island. The one umbrella we took to the beach turned out to be broken, but it’s really close to the end of the season, so I totally get that. The trade off is that it was so quiet and relaxing, which is exactly what we were looking for. If we can, we’d like to rent that house again sometime!

Reviewer Comments: 832 Seagrape is a great place to stay to enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation on Marco Island. You can enjoy your own pool and hot tub in your completely private backyard. The walk to the beach is roughly 600 yards down a sidewalk and crossing the main road through the island which would be only negative, but its an easy walk with the sidewalks and crosswalks.

We enjoyed being able to take a quick walk to the public beach access point daily to enjoy the beach and be able to come home for dinner then back for the amazing sunsets on the beach. The pool area was very relaxing, and heated to a comfortable temperature. We look forward to coming back to this property.
