That Seventies House is in the middle of downtown living at its best. You are only blocks away from the Pacific Ocean with is rocks, seashore, and sandy beach. Stroll to the Beach, walk through the tidepools. or just relax and enjoy the fresh air that one can only get near the beach

The Space:
This is a three bedroom with two baths recently restored back to the original mid -century quarters. It has 1,830 sf of living room area . Restored to accommodate an era of clean lines and what some saw as futuristic simplicity. Transform any ordinary life into one that wants to travel back in time. A fully furnished kitchen, then=med bedrooms, a garden like setting in the back, a and a private deck. One may see Elk or Deer! Call this your rendezvous retreat. Guests must park in the designated parling area either In front of the house or to the side. There is Parking for 4 vehicles.

There is a park just steps from the house!

WIFI can be difficult at times, it is normally very dependable but it can be affected by coastal weather conditions. Most cell phones carriers get full reception at the property. Crissey Landing from Premier Ocean Properties

First off, I'd like to give a huge shout out for Premier Ocean Properties. Our original reservation was for "Chillax at that 70's Home". The owners were having some work done and it would not be ready for our time slot. As there was only a week before our vacation, Premier Ocean took on the responsibility of finding us a comparable home. And they did just that. I was very pleased with the seamless way our reseveration was moved to the new home "Crissey Landing". This home was very comfortable for our girls trip. The home itself was on the smaller scale but it worked perfect for the 4 of us. The place had recently been upgraded, beautiful carpeting in the bedrooms, small but efficient bathrooms and more like an apartment sized kitchen and living room but very comfortable. The home itself is in a neighborhood directly next to highway 101 so there was the noise factor. My daughter slept in the room closest to the highway and did have some trouble with the noise a couple nights. All in all, I was very happy with the service of Premier Ocean Properties and with the home.
