About this space
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located haven. Curated spaces allow for a pampered stay while being within walking distance to University Hospital, Riley Childrens’s, and The Simon Center. Beautiful wood flooring in the common areas of the house envelope in style while you entertain or catch a game or movie with your people this spacious layout while comfortable noise buffering flooring in the bedroom suites provide for engineered napping/sleeping. Kitchen and parking deliver.
Other things to note
The passageway from the rear bedroom to the kitchen on the ground floor is 26 1/2” with the measurement at the floor by the baseboards, being 25” wide. This may be an issue for a standard wheelchair whose width as listed on the Internet is 26”. The passageway from the kitchen to the living in dining room is 29 1/2” wide.

Great host!
Convenient to downtown Indy, the zoo, and IUPUI. A bit dated but clean and the host was fantastic when minor issues came up (and something always comes up!).Thank you for a great weekend!

Nice House and Accurate Description
It's always nice to have a house where the pictures and the property are as described. The house was clean and nice to stay at and close to the campus where we could walk to. Good communication with the house owner also prior to our stay.

Host was responsive and checked in on us next morning. Hot water, fast internet, clean sheets. The location is very convenient to downtown. Not a 5-star resort, but it served our needs well. Would rent again.

It's a keeper
Clint is a friendly and responsive owner. The property is well located near downtown, and has a fun and funky vibe. The shaded backyard was beautiful for hanging out in the evenings with our dog. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute home
Art is beautiful. Home is comfortable and Clint the host was responsive when we had issues finding the wifi password. Our only suggestion would be to put the smart lock at the front door for easier access.
