Surrounded by 6 acres, this private cabin will offer beautiful fall scenery, peace and relaxation you are looking for! There are trails, open space for kids to play, hot tub, game room, large deck space and fire pit to enjoy the wonderful mountain nights! The cabin has three levels with bedrooms on each level with smart TV’s, three full bathrooms, two living areas, a large kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace, grill on the deck and soak in nature. Be our guest and enjoy!

The Space:
Bucking Bison will accommodate 8 people, offers great outdoor space with a swing, picnic table and firepit on level gravel area. It has great space on the wrap around porch with a gas grill, and bar seating. The family and kids will have a blast walking through the woods, locating the friendly animal yard art, and sitting around the fire pit. There is something for everyone and great memories to be made.

It is located just minutes from Horseshoe Bend park, tubing, white water rafting and the towns of Mccaysville, GA and Copperhill, TN. Blue Ridge is a short 18 minute drive. Shops, restaurants, grocery and breweries are less than 10 minutes away. There are a tremendous amount of hiking trails, water falls, parks and other outdoor activities within easy driving distance.

As you enter the side door from the porch you will step into an open vaulted living room, with a stone wood burning fireplace centerpiece. The remaining area consists of a well appointed kitchen, bar seating and dining table for six. The living area has large glass windows to let in plenty of light and relaxing views of the beautiful setting.

The main level porch has an outdoor dining area, gas grill, rocking chairs, bench and open view of the mountains and property.

The home offers very comfortable sleeping arrangements consisting of 2 king ensuites, queen bedroom and queen sofa bed.

The main level spacious master king bedroom is to the left of the kitchen including an ensuite bathroom.

The other spacious master king bedroom is located on the third level with an ensuite bathroom. The third level also has a loft area with a workstation and full futon.

The basement level has an additional queen bedroom, game room area with air hockey, foosball, darts, bar and seating area, including a queen sleeper sofa. The hot tub is outside the basement level with a portable gas heater and additional seating.

Tubes and chairs are provided for the guests use.

This cabin is dog friendly. There is a two dog maximum.  No puppies are allowed. All dogs need to be crated when unattended. The owners respectfully ask to keep your pets off the beds and furniture.

Guest Access:
Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.

The Neighborhood:
Access to the property is paved roads leading to concrete drive to gravel parking areas. There are other properties but not visible during spring/summer/fall.

This property is conveniently located minutes from downtown Mccaysville and Copperhill and other attractions including: Mercier Orchards, Blue Ridge Adventure Park, Aska region, shopping, restaurants, white water rafting, tubing, horseback riding, and much more. Privacy:
Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owners privacy and comply with private property signs.

Pets:
All pets must be kept on a leash when outside. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on Tuesday and Friday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the two trash cans provided. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen guests.

Smoking Policy:
It is allowed outside (please pickup your butts) but NON SMOKING inside the property and hot tub.
