The Space:
The main entrance opens into a hallway with access to a spacious and light-filled living space with glass doors running the entire width of the room and providing an unobstructed view of the Spanish Water Lagoon and the Caribbean Ocean.
Stepping out from the living area, an expansive partially covered terrace, edged with white columns, surrounds the beautiful overflow pool perched at the terrace's edge and overlooks the boats and sea below. The elongated terrace has ample space for sunbathing, and a gazebo provides additional shade during the day and is also perfect for enjoying the night-time view.
Inside, the open-plan interior's relaxing and elegant Caribbean décor features a comfortable lounge and TV viewing area. There is a breakfast bar in the inviting modern kitchen, which is fully equipped, providing further dining options.
All three Bedrooms have a Split AC to keep you cool during the night. The kitchen and Living have no AC but are cooled by the year round trade winds.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the villa, pool, terrace and pool.
