The codo has a nice size balcony patio and plenty of room in the common area for you to enjoy this view from the couch or from the balcony!! This Beach front condo will sleep up to 6 people. Two queen beds and a sofa pull out! This beach condo is located right on the beautiful Panama City Beach, many attractions close, restaurants, night life, and local attractions are just feet away! The codo has a private pool, tennis courts, and is located right behind a Hershey Ice Creamery!

Moondrifter 604

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was listed on Airbnb. Ended up having to directly book it through Venture Out via phone bc something was going on with the online listing. That part went okay, & worked out 3 weeks prior to arrival day. On our way down, a 6 hr drive, I called them bc I still had not received an email with proper rental info. Told not to worry it be there before check-in time. We arrived still no email. Called back was given code to room only via phone, & assured the email was still on the way. Condo was as expected. Only complaint with room was the sleeper sofa mattress desperately needs replaced. The view was great and for the price you cannot beat it. Back to the communication issues. Second day came without codes to the beach access gate, pool restrooms, rental agreement, free amenities for 1 guest, nor details on checkout process so I called again. Still nothing except apology and reassurance. If it wasn't for a very nice security guard on the premises we would have lost valuable time enjoying what we paid for which was direct beach access. We still were out the free guest amenities for the entire trip & it created an uneasy feeling about trusting Venture Out's recommendations given how poorly the simple things were handled. We finally did receive 2 different emails the 3rd day. One was titled rental agreement in subject matter, but there was Nothing in the email nor attached. The other was for a golf cart waiver that showed up in code format. Still unsure why that was received bc we didn't even attempt to rent a golf cart. I called and responded to the email once again to let them know the situation. No surprise it was never corrected. Upon checkout I went off my own past experiences renting other condos to complete the process since I never received this units particular rountine. Also, let the lobby manager know we checked out prior to the time on the listing. Very unsatisfactory communication. Renting is a risk through this management company. The condo was nice.
