"BEACHFRONT PARADISE"

Relax with family or friends at our condo by the ocean. Our 1 bedroom condo is set up with a day at the beach in mind. Park your stuff, grab a towel & go boogie boarding, relax on the beach or enjoy a slew of excellent seafood restaurants conveniently located near by...

The condo has two beds, a king in the private bedroom and a queen couch bed with memory foam mattress.

There is some construction around our property due to adjacent property renovating. Please keep this in mind when booking.
The space
Condo has one king-size bed in master bedroom. One queen size couch bed with memory foam mattress. (sleeps two adults comfortably). The bathroom has a walk-in shower (to wash off the sand!). Table for four. Smart TV in living room. Second TV in master bedroom. Rinse station is located on the property, behind the white door, beach side. Also picnic tables are located in the same area...

Please be aware that there is some construction at an adjacent property due to renovations.
Guest access
The office isn't open all the time! Make sure you don't lose your keys!
unfortunately, my wife and I are out of state, so we won't be able to help physically.

The office will issue you a pass for your vehicle and your wifi password.
Other things to note
There is some construction at an adjacent property. It hasn't been an issue for us, but you should keep this in mind before booking...

Make sure you get a guest pass from the office for your vehicle. Spaces directly in front of the condo are for guests only. There are two grills up front by the picnic tables. You will need a code from the office to unlock the bbq's.

There are washers and dryers located on the office side, in the right corner.

Great place to stay!

The condo is conveniently located next to anything you could think of in three cocoa beach area. The memory foam pull out couch was very comfortable!!! Easily the only comfortable pull out couch ive ever experienced. Ian was great, offered recommendations, combination l communication was great.

We love this spot because of it's proximity to everything in cocoa and of course, the 30 second walk to the beach. It's close to the heart of Cocoa beach but far enough away for quiet night's.
