The Space:
This 2022 newly built raised beach house is a must see!
First floor - large, open living area with a 55" Smart HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room table seats six with three stools at the island. Just off the kitchen, you will find the laundry room with a brand-new washer and dryer and a HUGE pantry. There is one bedroom on the first floor of the house. This room has a queen size bed. There is a full bath as well, right outside the bedroom.
Second floor - features a master suite (queen bed) with an en-suite full-size bathroom and walk-in closet. There are three other bedrooms on this floor, one bedroom has a queen size bed (TV included), another bedroom has one full bed and one twin bed, and the third bedroom has two bunkbeds, both with a twin on top and full on the bottom. There is a full-size bathroom on this floor as well.
Bonus room on the ground floor - mother-in-law suite (queen bed) with a full bathroom, has a separate entrance.
NOTE: This property requires stairs to access the five out of six bedrooms and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

CHECK-IN is via custom keypad code and starts at 3pm EST. Code will be provided 2 hours before arrival. CHECK OUT time is at 10AM EST. These times allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the house is thoroughly cleaned before and after your stay.
FULL ADDRESS will be provided 48 hours before check-in.
Starter supplies will be provided, 2 rolls of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Pots and pans, kitchen utensils/appliances, and coffee machines included.
SMART TV - BYOL (bring your own login). Please be sure to log out of all accounts at checkout.

NO parties or events.
NO loud music.
Be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. The county noise ordinance is in place from 11pm to 7am.
Please park in the driveway.
Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Do not remove anything from the house.
Housekeeping - linens and bath towels are INCLUDED. Before you check out, please place all linens and bath towels in the laundry room. Comforters and throw blankets can stay on the beds.
Please run the dishwasher and put away CLEAN dishes/utensils.
Please lock the front door and all windows upon departure.
ONLY flush toilet paper.
Garbage cans need to be placed at the end of the driveway on Sunday night.
