Perfect Stay

The walk to the beach was perfect! Great spot for adults and potentially a small kid or two. The hallway was a little smelly but walking in the room was a major relief because it was totally clean and maintained well

Great location! Great place!

The condo was exactly the same in photos. Location to beach was excellent and within walking distance to Coligny park and plenty of things to see, shop, eat and do outside. The twin beds were surprisingly comfortable as well as queen bed. Only complaint was the bed was skimpy on blankets, host had two delivered next day and we slept better.

Amazing

The stay was amazing. The place looked just like the picture. The host had great communication and provided everything we needed. The location is beautiful and so close to the beach. You can see the ocean from the window which made a great view. We will definitely come again.

Great Villa & Beachfront Location

Both my wife/I had a great stay & the location was wonderful, beachfront. Small facility but great for two people. The only issue we had was figuring out 'how' to use the cable TV, however, we finally figured it out. W will consider using it again.Chris G. Laughter

Great For Short Stay

Great for short stay. Unit was as advertised. Would be great for couples or small families. Beach is very close and very conveinent to local restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Loved it

Great location had washer and dyer on site for clothing gated entry, plenty off parking, 30 sec walk to the beach and 10 min walk to shopping and restaurants. Room had everything u need to cook if u dont decide to eat outout,fullsize fridge, patio with view of beach. Only downside was the bed, not a fan of spring mattresses

Nice stay but could use some updates/repairs

Room was nice and the property manager was very nice. Only issues we had was the fact the master bedroom ceiling fan didn’t have a chain to turn it on. With the AC unit being at the other end of the room under the window, it was very stuffy and hot in the bedroom. Also, We had 2 kids under 12 (11 and 6) and the bunk bed rails easily popped out of place requiring us to get up each time our daughter needed out of the top bunk. There was a ladder that looked like it was made for a pool and was very flimsy so we didn't even try that. If you fix those two things it’s easily a 5 star rating but without that it’s 4 for us.

The Best Location!

My husband and I loved staying in this property!! Right on the beach, super close to Coligny, quick drive to Sea Pines, you really can’t ask for more location-wise! The condo itself was great, small but we didn’t need much space since it was just the two of us! The patio was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning, bathroom was a great size, and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay in this condo again! Thank you for a great trip!

Almost perfect

Everything was good EXCEPT the two small couches in the living room; one was so flimsy you couldn’t trust it to sit on and the other was so uncomfortable it hurt to sit on it for longer than 5 minutes. If not for that I would give it a 5 star rating.

Perfect Location

My husband and I booked this listing for a short getaway for just the two of us. The villa was small,but was more than enough for us. I loved the balcony and that there were some touletries provided, but the real star of the show was the location. It was about as close to the water as you can get in Hilton Head,which made it so easy to pop down to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again the next time we come to Hilton Head Island.

Great weekend getaway

We had no trouble booking this space. We loved the location and ease to the beach. We often stay at Sea Side Villas and liked the updated and clean space. We appreciated the railing for the bunk beds as well as the ladder for the top bunk. The space does not smell musty and all was working well. The glass sliding door to the porch does not lock easily. You have to pick it up and shimmy it. Like others mentioned the hot and cold were reversed in the shower—but easy enough to figure out because we read the reviews. Very minor— We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
