Multi-level layout (plus basement) includes a media room with a flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms on first and second levels and master suite on top level with its own rooftop deck and ocean view. Loads of lawn and shade, with outdoor shower, a 20' x 50' gunnite pool and patio, hammock, outdoor ping pong and room for more playing or relaxation. House always kept in tip top shape by great landlords.

Four Bikes included for the 1 minute ride to the beach if you prefer that to the 10 minute stroll! Twelve minute walk to town/IGA or short bike ride.

Perfect family getaway

My family and I stayed here for July and August and had a truly wonderful stay. We were adjusting to life with our newborn and couldn't have chosen a more perfect home to do it in. The owners were a real pleasure to work with and were prompt at responding to queries as well as troubleshooting when things came up. The house is clean, well-maintained, spacious, comfortable, and great for hosting guests (just be aware that there are a lot of stairs; however, there are baby gates at the tenant's request). The grounds are spectacular and include all of the outdoor furniture you could dream of (bonfire, hammock, tether ball, chaises, ping pong). The salt water pool is the most lovely we have ever been in. An easy walk to the most beautiful beach and a quick drive to town. We can't say enough about this home.

THE BEST BET IN AMAGANSETT!

I spent two weeks at the house this past summer. It is just simply the best! If you like contemporary homes without clutter and cool/mod furniture and art, this is the place for you. First of all, it is a short, direct walk to the beach. (A ten minute walk, four minute bike ride and one minute drive!) The land is also gorgeous, an acre of privacy on a very quiet street south of the highway just off of Bluff Road.... If you have kids, it could not be more perfect. There is an outdoor ping pong table and tether ball. Inside, the enitre wall of the basement is a chalkbaord for the kids to draw on. In addition, all the beds are very comfortable and there is one bathroom per bedroom. The owners are incredibly responsive with questions and if there are any problems. There was a clog in one bathroom sink and the owner had it fixed within two hours of us notifying them. There are also two wonderful outdoor decks, one with a view of the water on a clear day. Finally, we coudl hear the ocean on those hot summer nights. The outdoor shower got a ton of use. Finally, and most importantly, this is really like a true home, not just another off the rack summer Hamptons rental. The furntirue is all high quality deisgner or antigue pieces.... no Pier One crap as I have had in other rentals I have done in the Hamptons. The owners obviously put a lot of thought and contiued care into their home. My many guests throughout the summer truly loved it.

There are very few properties in Amagansett that are south of the highway with almost an acre of land and a fantastic recently built 20x50 heated gunite pool! Have the best of everything in this modern, beach hideaway.
