Guests may park in the parking lot behind the building. When you first arrive, please enter the home from the front door with an access code we will provide on check-in day. We will also provide you with keys to enter through the rear sliding doors directly off the parking lot.

Newark and the entire Greater Columbus area are quickly growing with new manufacturing and technology companies, and ever-expanding healthcare organizations. But it’s not just about work here. This home is conveniently located near local dining spots, breweries, shopping, and parks. It's also within walking distance of Newark Earthworks, the largest earthen enclosures in the world, that was built between A.D. 1 to A.D. 400 by the ancient indigenous tribe, today known as the Hopewell Culture. In addition to being a quaint and historic town in its own right, Newark is an easy drive to attractions like Buckeye Lake, Snow Trails Ski Resort, Wayne National Forest, and the Wilds Conservation and Preserve.
Walking, biking, and driving are all great ways to get around here. Two free assigned parking spots in rear lot. After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a link to our home’s Guidebook, detailing the best places to visit, eat, and shop in the Newark area.

- Pets allowed on request with host approval, only for stays of 30+ nights with $200 pet fee per pet.
- No Parties. This is a residential home, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your own home. Only registered guests are permitted inside the property (visitors may be permitted if communicated prior to stay). Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1,000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, police may be contacted and act on our behalf. Thank you for respecting our community and for being a good neighbor. Maximum number of occupants for the property must not be exceeded.
- No Smoking in the property. This home is non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping. If you wish to smoke we ask to take it outside. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in $500 fine or collection if necessary. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely.
- We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels inside the unit for you to get your stay started. It is guest responsibility to resupply these items for themselves as needed during their stay.
- Please refrain from any illegal activity on the premises.
- Exterior noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM as a courtesy to our neighbors.
- Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings, we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
- Please note that any reservations for 30 nights or more require a signed rental agreement to finalize the reservation.
