Why they chose this property
This property is in the heart of City, walking distance to Billy Bishop Airport, King West with all the restaurants and theatres, Stackt Market across the street, Financial District, CN Tour and Union Station. The building is very well managed and provides a world class gym, seasonal bbqs and swimming pool, outdoor and indoor lounges and open spaces. It really has it all.
