The top floor offers two comfortable bedrooms in addition to the primary bedroom suite with bathroom and a large walk-in custom closet, and a private balcony which to enjoy the spectacular views of the city. This wonderful home is really in the perfect location where you can easily walk to Thames Street and downtown and the harbor, Bellevue Avenue, and all of the trendy Broadway shops and restaurants.
