Oversized kitchen with ample area for entertaining, has all the necessary pots, pans, and dishes. Spacious living room with a smart television. Luxurious main bedroom, high quality linens on your California king-size bed, melt into the sheets and binge watch your favorite shows on your Smart TV.
The backyard has a trex deck immediately off the large kitchen/dining area, wake up with your morning beverage while enjoying the view of the basalt cliffs. The yard is begging for you to sink your feet into its lush grass and to be grounded.
Appliances are high quality and are at your disposal to use.
You will have access to the entire home and all in-home appliances.
You are in walking distance to the local store and Phoenix Restaurant. Swimming is close as well, enjoy the Columbia River - you may access the North Beach and/or Rattlesnake Cove.

You can walk to all areas in Sunland.
Ample parking, please notify us if you are bringing a boat with you. The boat launch is public and may be accessed easily.
