New modern canal front vacation home in true Paradise with deep water dock for swimming and perfect for a boat. Across the street from the Ocean and beautiful Windward Beach. Home recently completed (March 2023) with all of the upgraded finishes including bamboo kitchen cabinets, custom porcelain counter tops, Savannah stone porcelain oyster tile floors, extended back porch overlooking the Treasure Cay sunsets and the deep-water Canal with direct access to the Sea of Abaco.

Relaxing getaway

We went with another family and had a wonderful time. Really nice modern place with beautiful views. The house manager Linda was phenomenal. We would go back again.

We fell in love with Abaco 12 years ago on vacation. So we decided to build our 2nd home here. We put our hearts and souls into building our beautiful home for us to enjoy several times per year. With growing work obligations we decided we wanted others to be able to enjoy it when we aren't there. So we decided to rent it to very select families/individuals that would care for our home like it was theirs.

Why they chose this property

Perfectly situated on a deep water canal with a dock, our home allows us to keep our boat close making it easy to hop on and go island hopping, fishing, snorkeling, or just cruising the beautiful sea of Abaco and surrounding areas. It is also close to the beautiful beaches of Treasure Cay.

What makes this property unique

The sunsets from the back porch are priceless. Our home allows us to enjoy all that the Bahamas has to offer. We are able to offer access to a boat and licensed Captain ( for an additional daily fee) for our guests for sightseeing, fishing, shelling, snorkeling, island hopping, etc.
