Why they chose this property

After years of wasting my money on hotels and commercial condos I purchased my condo. It is set up as my home with only the best features. I no longer wanted to stay in a small, cramped single ROOM where I had to eat every meal in a restaurant. Nor did I want to stay in a place furnished with cheap, used, poorly maintained furniture.

What makes this property unique

My condo is set up as my home in Davao. It is furnished how I want it to be when I am there. I offer it to nice people to enjoy Davao when I am not there.
