WHAT A VIEW! DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH...GULF SIDE!!! No roads to cross. Stunning panoramic sunset views!

The entire resort of Perdido Sun is going through a remodel which should be completed by May of 2025. Guests can expect loud noise during this construction during the hours of 8am to 6:30pm Monday through Friday that affects every unit. Workers are present at earlier times weekdays and also on weekends doing less noisy work than what they are doing on weekends. We have discounted the nightly rate during the construction process for those who would still like to come and enjoy our beautiful beaches despite the construction noise. If you enjoy taking naps during the day during this construction, this resort is not for you until after construction is completed. If you don't mind the noise during the day because you will be out exploring, then this could be a very affordable retreat directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

Guests love the option of an indoor heated pool and outdoor pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean. Our fitness room and outdoor grilling are also popular with the guests. Enjoy a king size bed in the master...A sleeper sofa in the living room...Oh, and those incredible views! Reserve Your Time Away Today!!!

This is a very clean and updated unit in a very cozy building. Robert and Gina were extremely responsive and personable. They made our arrival for a quick anniversary trip special with extra touches. We loved this beachfront location and the ability to walk to great restaurants across the street.

Great Relaxing Vacation

This condo unit was very clean and very well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The owner were just wonderful to work with. They really went beyond duty to make sure our stay was perfect which it was. They recommended great places to eat and they were all wonderful. We ended up going to The Point twice because not only was the food great but it was a fun place to stay and listen the live music. The beach is right there, and we met new friends everyday.We will be back for sure.
